    For nearly three decades, Pierluigi's has been a culinary cornerstone, serving up the finest Italian cuisine. Overtime, the restaurant has undergone an evolution, maintaining its menu of superb freshly prepared dishes from traditional Italy, now with a modern sophisticated charm.

    Your Skills:

    Working alongside the head chef in the heart of our restaurant you will:

    • Manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff Aid with menu preparation and ideas
    • Ensure food quality and freshness.
    • Inspire and encourage your team
    • Deliver the highest quality food
    • Be the 'maestro' of multi-tasking and organisation
    • Have great attention to detail and be able to process and solve problems efficiently
    • Understand cooking methods, ingredients, equipments and procedures
    • The successful candidate should have Food and Beverage knowledge, strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Italian food and cooking knowledge is preferable but not essential.
    • The candidate will need a minimum 2 years relevant experience as a Sous Chef.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Starting FROM £45,000 a year (variable based on shifts)
