The primary purpose of this vacancy is to support our operational supervisors on site to cover annual leave, we are currently in growth and the right candidate will proactively ensure that we have supervisory cover across all departments and will enable site to rotate this peer group to be multi-functional across all warehouse responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for planning, organising and delivering comprehensive training programs on a variety of MHE equipment and compliance both on site and for group, As the RTITB training Instructor at Poole Bay Holdings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Material Handling Equipment across operations.
Liaise, support and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.Organising training activities/scheduling.
Attention to quality and right first time.
Daily team briefings, shift reporting and handovers.
Coordination of FTE's and temporary labour across the operation.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Material Handling Equipment, including but not limited to Counterbalance, Bendi and PPT.
Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of our business.Ensure that all training sessions comply with Health and Safety regulations.
Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participants' progress.
Ability and drive to optimise data for commercial growth and direct marketing response Essential
Ability to make recommendations for to improve data management and internal processes Essential
Ability to gather, manipulate and analyse data in order to inform decisions Essential
Adaptability and the willingness to be flexible in a dynamic working environment Essential
Excellent level of IT proficiency, including MS Office (especially Excel) and other reporting/data manipulation tools and software Essential
Willingness to acquire and develop direct marketing expertise regarding external data and analytics trends, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of data and analytics for PBH Essential
Knowledge of relevant commercial and direct marketing concepts Desirable
Understanding of relevant commercial and marketing concepts and their implementation Essential
Experience of large-scale data manipulation and working with large data sets Essential
