- Monitor the premises throughout the night to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night shift.
- Enforce residence policies and regulations to maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter any unauthorized individuals or activities.
- Assist residents with any concerns or issues they may have during the night.
- Complete thorough documentation of any incidents, disturbances, or maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and communication between shifts.
- Previous experience in a security or customer service-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications and ability to use security monitoring systems is a plus.
