    Real Estate M&A Analyst Location : Central London

    Contract :
    Full-time, permanent

    Salary :
    Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits

    Bucking Partners is working with a mid/large independent advisory company who are searching for a full-time Real Estate M&A Analyst to join their team.

    You will play an important role in working alongside the team in order to ensure smooth day to day execution of assignments, developing and strengthening client relationships, participating in business development and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

    You must be able to clearly evidence a strong analytical skillset, an in-depth understanding of real assets and/or real estate and a market focused approach to transactions as well as relevant corporate finance experience of a minimum of 1-2 years.

    Advising and supporting clients across M&A, Capital Raising and Debt Advisory
    Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, transaction structuring, valuation analysis and management presentations, and taking responsibility for the preparation of information and client communication
    Preparation of pitch books, memorandums, management presentations, board materials and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
    Support the team with business development, identifying potential target transactions and clients
    Build financial / transaction models
    Industry research for transaction analysis
    3+ years' experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years M&A and corporate finance advisory / investments
    ~ Strong academic track record
    ~ Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
    ~ Competent skill base in Excel and Powerpoint
    ~ Generalist cross-sector real assets experience. Real estate experience will be seen as valuable in particular across living (BTR / PRS, PBSA etc.) and operational real estate (healthcare, cold storage, self-storage etc.)
    ~ Strong and demonstrable track record of interacting well and building relationships with a large range of stakeholders
    ~ Excellent presentation and report writing skills for a variety of audiences
