    An experienced and collaborative Fabric Technologist, with a comprehensive track record of taking ownership of materials within a brand.

    You will be detail-orientated and have a deep passion for women's fashion.

    Collaborate with design and development teams to source new and innovative fabrics to drive the brand forward.
    R & D new materials, finishes, and techniques to evolve fabric performance and sustainability.


    Project Management:

    Collaborate with all departments, including design, development, production, and merchandising, to coordinate the fabric from s ample stages through bulk production.


    QC and Testing:
    Implement and oversee testing procedures to ensure fabrics meet or e xceed industry standards and customer expectations.
    Ensure all fabrics comply with relevant legal and environmental regulations.
    Work closely with supplier s to resolve any issues related to fabric quality, production delays, or technical challenges.
    A degree in Textile Technology, Material Science, or a related field is preferred.
    ~5+ Years previous experience in a fabric technology role or a related position within the textile industry.
    ~ Strong under standing of manufacturing processes, fabric construction, and properties. Proficiency in testing methods and quality control standards.
    ~ Experience working with Far Eastern suppliers and deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
    ~ Knowledge of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes.
    ~ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and quality issues.
