- Collaborate closely with service users to explore the aforementioned issues, aiming to enhance understanding, insight, and motivation, emphasizing self-management of risk as an integral aspect of the recovery process.
- Work in partnership with service users to recognize early signs of mental state and behavioral deterioration, as well as potential triggering factors that may contribute to recurring risk behaviors.
- Assist service users in developing skills for self-managing their medication through structured self-medication programs.
- Support users in reconnecting with family and friends, promoting engagement or re-engagement.
- Assess situations by gathering information from patients, their families, and other pertinent sources, considering the patients' strengths, limitations, risks, and vulnerabilities.
