Position Overview:

As a Weekend Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for tea and bed calls, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients during the weekends. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to contribute positively to the community. No prior healthcare experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with routines during the weekends.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Ensure clients' safety and comfort.
Communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Requirements:

Full UK driver's license or reliable access to transport is essential.
Compassionate and caring nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable and punctual.
Willingness to learn and undergo training.
