    Description

    Our client's Capital Markets team is consistently recognized as one of the top advisers on capital markets transactions and has acted on some of the largest and most complex offerings worldwide.

    They are one of the few, if not only, major law firms with a London office that can offer a truly integrated trans-Atlantic team capable of advising on complex high yield and leverage loan transactions.

    The strength of their US practice operating out of London, alongside our English, French and German practices, has meant that they have undertaken some of the highest-profile high yield offerings to date.

    The firm operate as a single fully integrated team of English and US lawyers, working hand in hand with the English qualified associates in the London office.

    The successful candidate will work on a mix of high yield and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions, leveraged buyouts and other complex financings and in very close cooperation with the banking and M&A teams.

    They are looking for a US qualified capital markets senior associate / Counsel. A high level of academic achievement required.
