They are currently seeking a Workshop & Quality Controller for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Uddingston, Glasgow.
About the Job: The Workshop & Quality Controller role involves overseeing the daily operations of the workshop / bodyshop, managing work schedules, prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs, and monitoring job progress. Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring repairs meet quality control standards, and providing regular updates to the manager are also key responsibilities.
About You: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a Bodyshop environment, possessing a solid understanding of vehicle repair processes. Key skills required include effective workload planning, working proficiently under pressure, adhering to manufacturer specifications, collaborating with a team or working independently, being adaptable, maintaining high standards, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, such as wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping work areas clean, is essential.
