- Create and design advanced products focusing on electronic circuitry, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the smooth delivery and integration of products.
- Regularly report project progress to senior management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing technical aspects to ensure objectives are met.
- Lead project teams, including external contractors, and maintain customer relationships as needed.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest technology trends and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Work with senior engineers to develop and enforce engineering standards and processes.
- Timely and budget-conscious project delivery, meeting high-quality standards.
- Effective communication of project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensuring products meet specified performance and quality metrics.
- Producing thorough research reports on technological advancements.
- Mentoring and developing team members in specialised areas of technology.
- At least 5 years in a similar role with hands-on experience in:
- Schematic Capture
- PCB Layout
- Analog and Digital Circuit Design
- Microcontrollers
- Simulation Tools
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- Experience in project management.
- Ambition for career growth and development.
- Familiarity with Altium Designer, MATLAB, MathWorks Simulink, and LabVIEW.
- Basic software development knowledge.
