    Astrea Academy Sheffield (Secondary Phase) have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Business Studies & Computing to join their team

    The Teacher of Business Studies & Computing will ensure the highest standards of learning, development and achievement for their scholars and will take responsibility for the education and welfare of all scholars of Astrea Academy Sheffield.

    As a Teacher of Business Studies & Computing you will:

  • Set goals that stretch and challenge scholars of all backgrounds, abilities and dispositions
  • Demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of all scholars
  • Promote high standards of attainment, progress and outcomes for all scholars
  • Have a secure knowledge of the relevant subject(s) and curriculum areas, foster and maintain scholars' interests in these subjects and address misunderstandings and misconceptionsWe are looking for:
  • Qualified teacher status
  • Successful experience of teaching Business Studies & Computing at KS3 & KS4
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Studies & Computing or a very closely related subject areaIn return, we can offer you:
