    As one of the leading gym brands in the world, we are seeking a talented and strategic Influencer Manager to join our team.

    The successful candidate will develop and execute our influencer strategy and manage our influencer activity and campaigns with the aim of increasing brand strength, engagements, and conversions.

    This role will work closely with our marketing teams and creative studio across our three core countries (UK, Denmark & Switzerland).

    Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy across our three core countries - with particular focus on our UK market.

    Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer selection, outreach, briefing, contract negotiation, content approvals, and reporting.

    Collaborate with the internal marketing teams to execute 360 campaigns and amplify influencer coverage across channels.

    Launch and develop our influencer marketing program, with the aim to grow an inclusive roster of engaging and relevant creators / brand advocates to fuel our user-generated content needs.

    Use our influencer management platform (CreatorIQ) to identify and research potential influencers/content creators that are a suitable fit for our brand and project requirements.

    Build relationships with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors - managing all communication to talent/agents.

    Provide guidance to influencers on content creation to align with brand messaging and campaign goals, while also ensuring content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

    Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer activity and marketing campaigns against KPIs - including social compliance, brand awareness metrics and conversion metrics.

    Support creative studio and Senior Content Manager with influencer and creator shoots, when applicable.
    Manage the influencer budget for all territories, as set by the Senior Content Manager.

    3+ years' experience in influencer marketing and talent management, with a track record of developing successful content, partnership and campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

    Have a good understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands.

    Be passionate about social media and influencers, with great knowledge of current and emerging global social media platforms and content requirements.

    Have great attention to detail, an eye for what good content looks like and passion to be a strong brand guardian, immersed in our product and values.

    Ability to manage several projects and campaigns at once, with excellent organisational skills and time managements.

    Have an eye for identifying talent that are a great fit for our brand values and will work well for specific projects and territories.
