    As a Business Management Director at JPMorgan Chase within the accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers.     Job responsibilities:

    • Drive organisational vision and operations strategy
    • Build and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
    • Drive thought leadership and representing the product to the wider JPMorgan franchise including senior management business reviews
    • Oversee and provide leadership across: Legal inventory/Legal Regulatory Change Management, Project management execution, Governance (product governance, change management/controls/conduct), Finance, Outsourcing/vendor management, Incident management and Resiliency, Authorisation (regulatory engagement), Privacy office
    • Participate and enhance risks and control environment including compliance with regional and national regulations.
    • Responsible for budget (planning and forecasting) and expense management to meet organisation targets
    • Build highly inclusive work culture to ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

    • Experience managing and running multiple functions simultaneously
    • Exceptional leader with strong operations and risk management acumen with a desire to solve hard problems
    • Able to work and manage geographically diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders
    • Able to challenge the status quo, advocate and drive thought leadership on behalf of the organisation to both internal and external partners and stakeholders
    • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills to build strong, positive, and cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Strong judgement/decision making, professional maturity, proactive
    • Exceptional people management skills, sets and communicates goals and standards, measures accomplishments, holds people accountable; develop and delegates well; keeps people informed; provides coaching for today and for the future and can inspire others
    • Ability to attract, retain, and promote a diverse, inclusive, and talented team of professionals
    • Risk and control mindset
    • Comfortable in uncharted waters with ability to see the long-term goal.
    • Relevant management experience in finance, risk management, legal or other capacity
