We are recruiting for one of the UK's leading Insurance Brokers who have been providing a bespoke personal lines and commercial insurance service for over 50 years.

As the business further expands, their offices in Guildford are now seeking additional member of the team who is professional, ambitious and keen to learn, develop and progress over the long term.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is lookingstart and progress their career within the insurance industry.

With full training provided, you will join a proactive customer services team where you become fully experienced in providing an efficient service to a broad range of clients regarding their insurance requirements

This can include:

Obtaining the best insurance quotes (new and renewal business) from a panel of insurers.
Negotiating, selling and administering the insurance policies that are relevant to the client(s) needs.
Ensuring you meet your client expectations in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness through diligent and professional conduct
Building ongoing relationships with clients and insurers.

As full training will be provided, your experience to date can have been gained in a variety of environments be it retail, sales and customer services, or you may even be a school/college leaver or graduate looking for your first career opportunity.
