Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Welcoming visitors and clients, ensuring a great first impression.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for management and project teams.
  • Maintaining and updating company records, including contact lists and visitor logs.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  • Providing administrative support to the human resources departments, assisting on new starter documentation i.e. Right to works / Criminal Record Checks
  • Travel and hotel bookings
  • Preparing meeting rooms and arranging food & refreshments
  • Management and ordering of office stationery and supplies
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements and invoices

Criteria:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and energetic pace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Golborne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
