At a time of rapid company growth, our client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their global business.

A fantastic role where you will be responsible for the marketing function in a standalone role. In addition, you will be able to use your creative skills and produce world class print and digital content to promote the bran

Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing p
roducts.Support the researching and evaluation of new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and i
nsights.Managing launch campaigns for new p
roducts.Supporting distribution channels to market products effe
ctively.Management of the company's website and brand gui
delines.Ensuring effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and adve
rtising.Managing media and marketing staff and external PR a
gencies.Creating print and digital content using the latest Adobe Creativ
e Suite.Creating and managing product images and
photos.Managing the company's social media profiles and creating content for distribution on all social media platforms and e-mail marketing ca
mpaigns.Analysis and presentation of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts and ca
mpaigns.Some overseas travel may be required for occasional trade sh

ows etc.

Candidate Spec

ification:

A Degree in Marketing or a related field would b
e preferred.Strong effective communicator with a tenacious personality and a can-
do attitude.Ideally have worked in the security/te
ch industry.Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks
and events.Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and a hunger to improve methods, approaches, and not be afraid to bring new ideas
to the role.Expert in Internet and social media marketing strategy with a demonstrated t
rack record.Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across
the company.Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, market research, product marketing and a natural flair for feeling the pulse of the security industry and being able to tap into current topics to capitali
se presence.Excellent creative design skills and experience in creating print & digital content using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Ph
otoshop etc.Experience managing external PR, Industry publications and related social medi
a platforms.Experience in the global marketplac
