    What you'll do

    The selected candidate will collaborate with Consultants, Project Leads, and Business Heads to assist the company's global clients, ranging from Tier 1 banks to Fintech challenger banks and startups. Leveraging experience, intellect, and curiosity, the goal is to make decisions that have a significant impact on end customers.

    The ideal candidates will be from various European countries, particularly within the European Union. While the role is based in Dublin, Ireland, relocation may be necessary. If you are driven, ambitious, and ready to advance in your career, you could be the perfect fit for this opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze credit risk, which includes assessing financial statements, identifying critical credit issues, and proposing risk mitigation strategies
    • Perform due diligence and credit evaluations on new clients
    • Review and evaluate portfolio performance, generate reports, and summarize findings
    • Establish regular communication with clients to offer guidance on credit risk matters
    • Stay informed about regulatory and market trends and best practices
    • Contribute to team initiatives, participate in projects, and help mentor junior colleagues

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years in credit risk assessment or management
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related field
    • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify key issues and develop solutions
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Knowledge of credit risk models and regulatory frameworks
