Everpool Recruitment is currently looking for NMC / HCPC registered Nurses, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist interested in a challenging and rewarding career as a Functional Assessor.As a Functional Assessor, your role involves completing telephone assessments with individuals having various physical, mental health, and/or learning disabilities. You will then write a comprehensive report based on your evaluations. This position differs from a typical clinical role as it does not involve treatment, diagnosing, decision-making, or hands-on care. However, you will utilize your clinical expertise to conduct detailed assessments and produce accurate reports while ensuring a positive experience for claimants, meeting quality and productivity goals. You will undergo an extensive training program to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills for success.
