- Lead and develop the Project Services Team, overseeing staff competency and growth.
- Professionally manage various design, manufacturing, and fabrication projects within Nuclear, Defence, and Industrial sectors, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards.
- Uphold safety leadership, ensuring projects are executed without harm to individuals or the environment.
- Assume full project delivery and profit and loss accountability for managed projects (approximately £5-£10 million annually) in accordance with industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Planners, and Support Staff during project execution.
- Deliver a consistent and high-quality project management service to clients.
- Ensure project compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and enforce project change control procedures.
- Manage and mitigate project risks and delivery conflicts.
- Background in Project Management with proven experience in overseeing multi-discipline projects through all phases.
- Proficient in project management principles, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with project management planning, risk identification, and mitigation processes across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing related projects.
- Strong market and commercial acumen.
- Experience leading teams in a project environment, including staff and apprentice support and development.
- Knowledge of accounting and commercial processes.
- Familiarity with quality assurance requirements and procedures.
