    Job Description:

    As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) at our facility in Derby, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and developing individualized care plans.
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
    • Monitoring patients' vital signs and response to treatment, adjusting care plans as necessary.
    • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
    • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
    • Proven experience as an RGN, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
    • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
