- Provide one-on-one/ group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Develop and implement behaviour intervention plans in collaboration with school staff.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour changes.
- Work closely with the school's SENCO to support students with additional needs.
- Proven experience working with secondary school-aged children in a behavioural support role (preferred but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on update service
- Brilliant communication and collaborative skills
- Patient and empathic personality and ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
