    Manager – Transaction Advisory :
    Growth Consulting

    London:
    Hybrid | 1-2 days
    We are partnered with a well-established, management consultancy, that specialises in the private equity space.

    They are seeking a Manager to join their dynamic Transaction Advisory team, to help provide actionable insights which align with client investment goals.

    As a Manager within their Due Diligence department, you will assess key elements of a client's business, providing key insights and value information to investors to help shape investment decision-making and expose growth opportunities.

    Your ultimate goal is to highlight and explore new digital ventures, identify and mitigate potential risk factors and assess profitability while examining the current industry market and growth potential.

    You will be joining an experienced peer group and established team, who are market leaders in digital transformation.

    You will report into the Director and will be working alongside subject matter experts consulting in both the marketing, software engineering, data, sales, and commercial aspects.

    As a Manager within the pre-deal department, you will be acting as the first point of contact and conduit to and from the business, you should utilise your holistic approach to gain a thorough understanding of the business, examine its current state and asses it's future growth potential while nurturing a positive working relationship within the organisation across CxO Level stakeholders Technology, Data, Operations and finance.

    Notable experience mapping out marketability, profitability risk and growth potential.
    ~ Experience within a Consultancy or Agency
    ~ Strong stakeholder management experience across internal teams, vendors and C-suite
    ~Be data-driven in your approach.
    ~ Experience in the private equity space is advantageous

    Annual performance-based bonus

    ~23 days annual leave + Office closed over Christmas.
    ~ Sales bonus for new business development (% of contract value)
