    Description
    Commercial Laundry Field Service Engineer Based in South Yorkshire.
    -£38,000 basic salary

    • Ability to increase earnings through overtime


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial laundry equipment and be able to diagnose and repair a variety of machinery in the field.

    The Commercial Laundry Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while performing service calls and repairs on commercial laundry equipment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and repair commercial laundry equipment in the field
    • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial laundry equipment
    • Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Work with the team to improve processes and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Strong background in commercial laundry equipment
    • Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial laundry equipment in the field
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Licence/Certification:
    * gas safe certification (preferred)
    * current or previous COCN1 Commercial Gas Safety Certificate (preferred)
    * current CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety certificate (preferred)
