- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all customers.
- Explain process of the repair to customer before you begin.
- Always follow health and safety measures.
- Take card payments.
- Advise and provide aftercare/ insurance material.
- Alloy wheel refurbishment.
- Diamond cut and shadow chrome repairs.
- Bumper corner repairs.
- Wing mirror repairs.
- Painted trim repairs.
- Panel repairs – no more than two panels on one side.
- Touch in chips on bonnet.
- Door handle repairs.
- Report to Technical Operations Manager.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and previous experience of working within a smart repair role.
- Demonstrate a good and sound understanding of all Smart repair processes.
- Will need to be hard working and reliable.
- Have the attitude of producing high quality finishes, first time, every time.
- Be able to work well under own esteem as well as part of the team.
- Hold a category B driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
- ATA or IMI accredited is desirable but by no means essential.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Organised with an attention to detail

Igloo is looking for experienced Smart Repair Technicians to join our client's team in Oldham on a permanent basis.
The successful candidates will be working on the behalf of an established business who boast the largest network of accredited Smart Repair Technicians in the country.
The Role:
As a Smart Repair Technician, you will carry out repairs on a mobile basis, ensuring that a high-quality service is provided for the customer every time, successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks:
