    A well respected UK Commercial Insurance brokerage have a vacancy in their West Midlands operation (near Kidderminster) for a new business focused Account Executive to enhance their team.

    The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of commercial clients with a combined worth of approximately £50,000 (commission income).

    This provides a platform to build relationships and expand the book through sophisticated sales techniques.

    The role is perfect for those who excel in engaging with commercial clients paying premiums ranging from £20,000 to £100,000.

    The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in the insurance sector, demonstrating an ability to navigate the complexities of commercial client needs.

    A strategic mind set and a flair for identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities are essential. Strong interpersonal skills will enable the successful candidate to build and maintain enduring client relationships.
    Required Skills & Experience :
    Demonstrable experience in insurance sales, with a focus on commercial insurance clients.
    Adept at strategic sales planning and execution.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio effectively.
    A solid understanding of the commercial insurance market and products.
    Relevant professional qualifications are highly regarded.

    A base salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 (perhaps slightly higher for an exceptional candidate)
