- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with substance misuse problems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and treatments.
- Offer health education and advice to clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of community outreach programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
- Experience in substance misuse or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
