The Story

Fintelligent are currently partnered with a Private Equity backed SaaS business who have overseen phenomenal growth across the last 12 months to c.

£30m.

Our client has grown organically alongside strategic M&A and given the continued development, we are seekingan ambitious step up Financial Controller who can partner with the well respected CFO.

As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for developing the financial controls and processes whilst partnering with the PE investors on an eventual exit process.


The Role

  • Developing robust financial controls and processes
  • Providing full financial due diligence on investment opportunities
  • Ownership of board pack generation inc. in depth variance analysis
  • Fully integrating newly acquired businesses inc. software, personnel, and culture
  • Signing off month end processes
  • MI reporting to board and investors
  • Overseeing a systems implementation
  • Working closely with the CFO and FD on other adhoc tasks

The Individual

  • ACA Qualified Accountant
  • Comfortable engaging C-Level individuals
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Willing to learn and develop under an exceptional CFO
  • Comfortable in a high growth environment
