Our client, based in central Brighton, are a leading name in the Electrical and Mechanical design industry, supporting commercial construction across the South of England.


Working on several exciting, multi-million-pound, high profile projects, their Brighton based team are looking for a Documents Administrator to provide administrative and project support to the team as their company continues growing.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working experienced administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • Document control, utilising multiple different platforms
  • Production of purchase orders
  • Support with Invoice Ledger and Financial Controller
  • Provide administrative support to the consultants
  • Support with estimation

Requirements:


  • Excellent accuracy and organisational skills
  • Communication and friendly attitude
  • Strong administration skills
  • Process driven
  • Familiarity with MS Office and experience working with various IT systems
  • An interest in engineering/construction industries is beneficial
  • A flexible approach to work

£23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending upon experience
