Our client, based in central Brighton, are a leading name in the Electrical and Mechanical design industry, supporting commercial construction across the South of England.
Working on several exciting, multi-million-pound, high profile projects, their Brighton based team are looking for a Documents Administrator to provide administrative and project support to the team as their company continues growing.

Responsibilities
- Document control, utilising multiple different platforms
- Production of purchase orders
- Support with Invoice Ledger and Financial Controller
- Provide administrative support to the consultants
- Support with estimation
Requirements:
- Excellent accuracy and organisational skills
- Communication and friendly attitude
- Strong administration skills
- Process driven
- Familiarity with MS Office and experience working with various IT systems
- An interest in engineering/construction industries is beneficial
- A flexible approach to work
