We have a fantastic new opening for a Chef de Partie to join our client at a prestigious hotel located on the outskirts of Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to progress their career in the culinary industry.

* Partner with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop menu items, perfect recipes, and introduce innovative creations. * Maintain efficient operations within your kitchen section by upholding venue standards. * Monitor portion sizes and minimise waste to enhance profitability and reduce costs. * Ensure adherence to kitchen health and safety protocols and uphold rigorous food hygiene standards.

Your personality, experience and qualificationsCandidates must have prior Chef de Partie experience working in a fine dining or award-winning setting, which is crucial.

They should demonstrate proficiency in all kitchen areas and possess a deep passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
