    As we continue to inspire young minds and cultivate a passion for learning, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.


    Position Overview:

    We are in search of a motivated Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students.

    As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in assisting with classroom activities, providing individualised support, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with teachers to plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.

    Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to students who require additional assistance, helping them to overcome learning obstacles and achieve their full potential.

    Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and encourages active participation.
    Assist in the organisation and preparation of classroom materials, resources, and displays to enhance the learning experience.

    Work closely with teachers and colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).

    Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents/carers to support continuous improvement

    Requirements:
    Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school environment.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
    Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

    Dedication to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
    Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
