    Job Description

    We are working with a boutique hedge fund; they are looking to hire a Performance Reporting Associate which will work across the back/middle office, and cover a range of portfolio attribution reporting as well as some risk modelling work.

    This role sits within a small, and growing event driven hedge fund and reports into the Fund Controller.

    The position is split into 2 parts, the first element is taking ownership of the reporting of the fund of funds strategy.

    This involves monthly reconciliation on the positions, utilising Bloomberg to confirm prices across a wide variety of positions (e.g., equities, bonds, derivatives) and consolidating these entries using their models to create weekly/monthly performance reports.

    The other focus will be supporting senior managers in the development of risk performance reports; this will include contribution analysis, identification of overall risk factors etc.

    and will involve building out suitable models and reports to show overall exposure across different investment accounts.

    For this, the team are looking for highly analytical candidates with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have exposure to open ended or listed funds, either from an accounting or operational point of view. It is important to have advanced knowledge of excel and any exposure to VBA is also desirable.


    The team have committed to pay a strong uplift of your current base salary (£50k - £80k base), and offer a 30-50% bonus.

    The firm has extremely flexible working hours, with offices in central London (Mayfair).
