Description
Our client one of the leading manufacturers of professional coffee machines in the UK is looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer who lives in NW and W London postcodes.
The role will be working as a Field Service Engineer carrying out a full breakdown service; servicing, fault finding and installing professional coffee machines. Our client has national contracts with famous high street pub and restaurant groups, hotels, service stations, supermarkets, and well-known coffee shops.
Experience working on professional coffee machines or catering equipment would be ideal, however, not essential as new recruits to the business go through a thorough and highly supportive training programme over a structured series of weeks. You must, however, have experience working as a Field Service Engineer with an electrical/mechanical bias.
Basic Salary: £37,500 to £39,000 + Fully Expensed VW Caddy Van and Company Pension Scheme plus 25 Days Holiday and Bank Holidays. Fuel Card, Credit Card, iPhone, Laptop, Uniform and Tools.
•Hours of work will be from leaving your home at 7am to getting home at 4:30pm. If you arrive home after 4:30pm you receive overtime at time and a half. There is a 30-minute lunch break.
•Weekend Rota of 1 weekend in 4. Weekend Rota is PAID – see below.
•Working 2 bank holidays per year as per the rota (Paid at £40 per hour)
•Standby allowance for Saturday and Sunday (£40 per day) £80 for the weekend - plus the hourly rate.
•Mon to Fri over time at 1.5
•Saturday at £30/hour
•Sunday and Bank Holiday at £40
There is excellent earning potential above the annual basic salary through overtime during the week and through working weekends and bank holidays.
