The Senior Technician position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of both the STEM and Construction departments across our Burslem Campus, taking responsibility and accountability for the Technician team in contributing to the successful delivery of the College's curriculum.
The Senior Technician will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting good workshop practices, overseeing the planning and maintenance of equipment, facilitating smooth interactions with external stakeholders, whilst overseeing a team of dedicated Technicians in both our fantastic Construction and STEM provisions. The post holder will also be involved in the introduction of new and emerging technologies to the sector.
At a time of record investment at the College, where we have introduced a variety of new technologies to support our comprehensive curriculum, you will be joining the team at an incredibly exciting and transformational period.
