    About the Role

    The position involves delivering on-site support for Assurance projects, ensuring clients receive exceptional service in all aspects.

    Responsibilities
    • Play a vital role in Assurance teams, including taking the lead on-site projects.
    • Adhere to pre-assignment guidelines and execute all tasks promptly and meticulously in accordance with company protocols.
    • Uphold high Assurance quality standards, contributing to both internal and external quality assurance.
    • Immediately escalate any issues or contentious matters to the project manager, suggesting potential resolutions.
    • Offer briefings, supervision, and on-the-job coaching to junior staff members.
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients on a daily basis, maintaining stellar client service standards.
    • Stay abreast of the company's specialized services and publications to enhance value for clients.
    • Review the work of junior staff members for thoroughness and quality, conducting performance assessments.
    • Compare actual time spent versus the budget allocated for each project and finalize review procedures before manager evaluation.
    • Continuously enhance technical expertise through research and training programs, meeting professional CPD requirements.
    • Maintain accurate training records and keep up with examination studies, where applicable.
    • Attend team meetings and training sessions, and support with student recruitment, training, and promotional activities as necessary.
    • Undertake additional responsibilities within the role's remit and as directed by the Line Manager or Department Head.
    Requirements
    • ACA or ACCA part-qualified, or equivalent.
    • Prior experience with Assurance assignments in a professional services organization.
    • Demonstrated expertise in client management and the ability to deliver top-notch Assurance work.
    • Familiarity with analytical review methodologies is beneficial.
