Our client a well known and established financial institution, are currently actively looking for an experience Marketing Manager to join a small but busy marketing team.


Duration:6 Months


Location:
Edinburgh / Hybrid (Ideally 2 Days a week in Edinburgh, however for the right person, can be fully remote)


Rates:
Day Rate - Inside IR35


Interview Process:1 Stage Interview


Start Date:
Aiming for 6th March start or ASAP


The role:


You will be required to develop, manage and support customer strategies regarding social media campaigns to existing and previous customer of the business as you will be promoting the business services to their client base.

You will work across all of theclients categories and products prioritising your time against the business needs of the company.

You will manage peaks and BAU through leveraging Marketing Manager resource and the other marketing support functions.


Working closely with their internal planners, commercial teams and suppliers - you will develop and lead the annual front and back book strategies, targets and relevant KPI's across our products.

You will create, execute and land campaigns, optimising themin flight, working closely with our, retail marketing, digital marketing and studio to meet and where possible, exceeding targets.

You will also be responsible for full campaign evaluation during and post campaign following a process of continuous optimisation.


Experience Required:


  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the Financial Services or Energy Market industry
  • Experience of marking campaigns relating to promoting clients services/product.
  • Thorough understanding of the business model for the product/channel ie profitperdeal, commissionpersale, NPV, working with the Performance Team on metrics of success
  • Ability to look at campaign processes, to advise on changes/improvements to the way the company operates.
  • Experience of CRM.
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Highly numerate, with excellent analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results
  • Customer Marketing focused is essential
  • Proven track record of working on own initiative, with the ability to introduce fresh thinking to the role and the wider team.
  • Demonstrate an ability to think and reason logically
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Excellent written communication business and project reports
  • Exceptional communication skills ability to communicate effectively with anyone in any environment, e.g. able to translate complex / technical issues to meet the audience's competency level
