    As a tech-enabled company with a focus on hospitality and real estate, we're in search of a self-driven individual to contribute to the development of our backend systems and internal platforms.

    This role provides an opportunity to thrive in a growth-stage startup environment, offering the flexibility of both office-based and remote work.


    Backend Development:
    Lead the development of web-apps, backend systems, and databases, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, & performance.
    Design and implement APIs to support frontend and internal platform functionalities, ensuring seamless communication between different components.

    Data Management:
    Manage databases and data storage solutions, optimising performance and security.
    Integrate third-party services and internal systems to streamline operations and enhance user experiences.

    Technical Administration:
    Oversee the maintenance and optimization of backend infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networking components.
    Bring fresh ideas to the team, striving to optimise backend performance and processes.

    Analytical Skills:
    Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, deriving insights from data to drive backend development decisions.
    Proficient in backend development technologies such as Java, with experience in designing and implementing APIs.

    Database Management:
    Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, proficient in database design, optimization, and management.

    Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in backend development, with a bachelor's degree in a technical subject.

    Maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability, with a keen eye for detail.

    Language Proficiency:
    Fluent in English for clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.
