    Wayman Education is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Year 3 Phase Lead Teacher to join our team at a superb school in Slough.

    As a Year 3 Phase Lead, you will be responsible for leading the educational direction of the phase and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EYFS or KS1 teacher with a passion for education and leadership to make a significant impact in the development and success of students.

    ResponsibilitiesLead the EYFS phase and collaborate with teaching staff to develop effective teaching strategies and curriculum plansPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all studentsMonitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic growthImplement and uphold school policies and procedures, fostering a positive and safe learning environmentCollaborate with colleagues to create a strong sense of community within the phase and promote cross-curricular learning opportunitiesCommunicate regularly and effectively with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queriesLead and participate in regular professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or a related fieldQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certificationProven experience as a Lower KS2 Teacher, ideally with experience in a leadership or phase lead roleExcellent knowledge of the primary education curriculum and current teaching methodsStrong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environmentEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parentsCommitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to learn and implement new teaching strategiesHigh level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyThe SchoolThis is a wonderful school in Slough It is easily accessible by public transport and seeking to appoint a qualified Year 3 Phase Lead from April 2024/ September 2024.
