    Description

    A leading, global architecture practice with a great reputation is looking for a Senior Wayfinding Designer to take a lead role in the design and delivery of high-profile wayfinding projects.

    Working alongside the Creative Director you will join an established, super-talented design team in a fun, friendly working environment. This practice really looks after its employees with lots of perks and social activities.

    Responsibilities include: -

    • Liaise with clients to discuss briefs, deliverables, and timelines
    • Lead the projects and collaborate with the design team and client on all aspects of the design process
    • Work closely with architects, manufacturers, and other third-party design teams to align workflow
    • Coordinate with vendors to maintain design intent and document design through plans, elevations, and details
    • Produce artwork according to signage requirements and communicate design decisions

    Key Skills Required: -

    • Prior experience working in a similar graphic design role specialising in wayfinding or information design
    • Experience in working with architecture and spatial design
    • Exceptional graphic design skills with a strong background in map design, pictograms and information graphics
    • A good understanding of architectural construction documents, scales, sections, plans, and elevations; proficiency in drawing in scale
    • Excellent design aesthetic and typography skills
    • Effective written, visual, verbal, and presentation communication skills
    • Excellent knowledge Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
