    Job Description Junior Paraplanner/Associate – Route to Adviser
    Central London/Hybrid
    c £38,000 and bonuses/Study support/Benefits

    A superb opportunity to join a successful, expanding boutique IFA practice and take full responsibility for a key client support function within the business, ensuring the success of a client's outcome, whether that be the link between the advice provided to a client and its end implementation, or how clients are communicated with on an ongoing basis.

    As an experienced junior Paraplanner, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

    Planning Meetings - Pre-Meeting – Arrange meetings, collect and prepare documentation for meetings (Client information, Agendas, Investment Reports and Risk Reviews).

    Technology – The practice financial planning service is centred around the effective use of technology to streamline our processes.
    Communication – Liaising with clients as part of the implementation of their financial plans. Answering phone calls and managing client correspondence.
    Colllating, updating and managing client data, including managing CRM data and registers.
    Shadowing the Directors of the business in planning meetings.
    This role could grow into either a full paraplanning or financial planner role.

    As a junior Paraplanner/Associate you will possess the following:
    An IFA/financial services background, with core administration functions and client contact exposure. Knowledge of technology preferred – Dynamic Planner, Intelligent office, Voyant
