    As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

    Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential properties

    ~ Conduct property viewings and respond to leasing inquiries promptly

    ~ Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all documentation is complete

    ~ Collaborate with property management team to maintain property standards and address maintenance issues
