- Dealing with telephoneand face to face enquiries and providing high levels of customerservice at all times.
- Carrying out viewingsand obtaining feedback.
- Supporting thelettings team with administrative duties issuing terms of businessto landlords carrying out any checks to comply withlegislation.
- Negotiating new tenancies withlandlords and tenants.
- Processing tenantreferences and right to rent checks.
- Preparingtenancy agreements issuing legal documents relating to the tenancyand ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior tomove in.
- Working with the property managementteam ensuring that properties have been prepared for movein.
- Booking and arranginginventories
- Ensuring a smooth hand over ofkeys and that tenants have a positive experience during theapplication process.
- Excellenttime management and organisational skills.
- Strong administrative skills with an attention to detailespecially when dealing with
- Strong writtenand verbal communication skills.
- ARLAqualified or willing to work towards an ARLAqualification.
- Experience of working in a fastpaced busy environment.
- A positive andadaptive attitude to help the team achieve their goals.
- Proactive and a desire to achieve results.
- Full driving license required.
- Fulltime 37.5 hours alternate Saturdays timegiven back in lieu
