If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive PART-TIME Customer Sales Advisor in Edinburgh.

WORKING HOURS:
24 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY-FRIDAY, 5 HOURS PER DAY

As part of our branch network, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and understanding their needs to maximize sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarise yourself with our product lines and services to provide excellent customer interactions in line with our company's values.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, offering proactive advice and solutions in person and over the phone.
Process customer orders and handle administrative tasks related to sales and delivery.
Ensure the branch is clean and tidy to create a positive impression on our customers.
Manage stock levels and conduct regular stock counts.
