    Base Salary of £80,000 Per Annum & 40% Annual Bonus
    Care Concern Group is looking for an inspirational leader to commission a 120-bedded care home in Bradford.
    Commissioning Home Manager Offer
    # Base salary of £80,000 per annum
    # Annual bonus (40% of salary), OTE of £112,000

    What Will the Commissioning Home Manager Be Doing from Day One?
    # Driving the occupancy from scratch.
    # Build your own team.
    # Ensuring profit and loss is in line with the budget set.
    # Compliant with business governance, risk management processes and operational processes.
    # Up to date with Health & Safety Regulations.
    # Register the service with Local Authorities.
    # Create HR functions for the care home, ie. Performance management, inductions, training etc...
    # Promoting marketing ideas to boost the reputation of the care home.

    Key Skills & Experience
    # Registered Home Manager, with experience in specialist dementia care.
    # Previously managed care homes in the local area.
    # Commissioning home experience is essential.
    # Excellent relationships with the commissioners.
    # Sound knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements
