Reporting to the Head of Engagement, this Senior Employee Events and Project Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering a creative, innovative and thought leading annual programme of events and initiatives that drive employee engagement andconnection.
Key to the role will be leading the conceptualisation, planning, design, stakeholder, supplier management and execution of various leadership and employee events - as well as supporting the Employee Engagement team's Inclusion, Connection and Wellbeing programsand various strategic internal projects.
From hybrid and digital to in person, the employee events include conferences, speaker programs, leadership and management offsites, to yearly employee festivals and Christmas parties.
Role Requirements:
- Travel to other jurisdictions, working closely with other teams to ensure a consistent approach and delivery of employee events and the overall framework.
- Over 8 years of event and project management experience, with proven largescale event execution.
- Experience and track record in the creation and execution of effective multijurisdictional facetoface, virtual and hybrid events for internal audiences.
- Financial and commercial mindset with experience in managing budgets in excess of £1.5m.
- Creativity and a passion for creating engaging, forwardthinking, innovative events.
- Cando attitude with a willingness to take on responsibility.
