- Lead Induction Training and Set-Up days prior to Camp
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Develop engaging timetables for different age groups
- Manage Early and Late Club sessions
- Communicate regularly with Managers
- Provide guidance on activity delivery and safety
- Introduce new activities to staff
- Supervise Skill Builders courses
- Coordinate with Specialist Instructors
- Interact with parents on a daily basis
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on site
- Evaluate staff performance
- Participate in Senior Training events
- Previous sports or coaching experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check required
- Good professional/academic references
- Completion of Online Training annually
- Assist with camp pack up
- Paediatric First Aid training preferred
- Follow Health and Safety protocols
- Prepare for training sessions
- Conduct staff evaluations

Salary Range: £569.60 - £681.39 weekly salary based on age, experience, qualifications, and camp size. (2023 wage levels for February Half Term Contracts with 2024 wage levels starting from April 1st)
