- Collate, analyse and provide daily, weekly, period reports back to Crop and Harvest teams providing performance insight
- Collate and process payroll data to AH Worth payroll department to ensure all data is reported accurately and operatives paid on time
- Key areas to cover (but not limited to) plant growth rates, time to harvest, varietal performance, yield analysis, harvest KPIs (automated and manual)
- Develop key internal and external business relationships and awareness of wider industry benchmarking, technology and performance
- Purchase and monitoring of PPE, knife and bottled water usage
- Experience of data handling and analysis
- Experience of vegetable production or associated industry (i.e. seed production, crop trials, agri tech)
- Ability to manage timesheets
