    Job Title:
    Data Operations Manager
    Cambridge, Coventry, Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

    Contract:
    Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week

    This is an exciting opportunity to own and advise on all things data, to support Partnership for Education's mission to transform societies globally through education.

    This role sits within the Business Operations team and, as a new position, there will be an opportunity to shape and evolve this role to meet business needs over time.

    We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

    This crucial role is responsible for owning and developing data sources, including our CRM, ensuring engagement, quality assurance and the pursuit of data-led decision making.

    Working with a wide-range of stakeholders, you will underpin the achievement of strategic and financial objectives.
    ~ Lead Partnership for Education's CRM development and management, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels (including Senior Leadership/Management and other teams from within the business).
    ~ Develop and execute an effective CRM strategy, supporting a high converting sales funnel and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey.
    ~ Through insight, inform on data-driven decision making
    ~ Provide steer on reporting requirements, furthering existing data analysis, and facilitating the collection of additional data to support impact metrics
    ~[In-depth knowledge and experience leveraging the potential of Salesforce and CRM systems is essential to succeed in this role.
