- Manage and oversee multiple teams of drainage gangs on the infrastructure project.
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor the progress of work, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are consistently met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations at all times.
- Previous experience working in deep drainage within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Hold valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety regulations and procedures.
- Full UK driving license.
