    Internal Property Surveyor

    This role is based in Gravesend in Kent

    Kuflink has a compelling reputation within the Bridging/Finance industry along with ambitious plans for the years ahead. This is an amazing chance for an Internal Property Surveyor to play a key role in ensuring the business's growth with effective risk management, focusing on the development projects for the business ensuring all drawdowns are assessed thoroughly prior to release of further funds.

    Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with project monitoring surveyors on a regular basis.
    • Visit development sites where required.
    • Manage a portfolio of loans and investments in various development projects, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and standards.
    • Analyse project performance/Build costs to monitor and assess the financial health and risk profile of each property development project.
    • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for each project, identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop risk mitigation strategies and optimise risk adjusted returns.
    • Ensure all property development drawdown reports are assessed prior to release of funds.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt lending strategies accordingly.

    You will need as a minimum.

    • Experience working with property developments
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing development finance lending activities.

    • Strong property development knowledge to monitor and manage the drawdowns.
    • Knowledge and understanding of development finance principles, project evaluation, and socio-economic impacts of development projects.
    • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with development projects and loans.
    • Clear and effective communication skills to convey complex financial information to various stakeholders.

    Salary range £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
