    Direct is currently split into three key areas, Occupational Health Nursing recruitment, Occupational Health Physician recruitment and Clinical Coding recruitment.

    We can offer positions on a permanent, contractual, or casual basis and have multiple vacancies nationwide.

    About the Role:
    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team in the Midlands.

    This is a permanent role and can be worked over 1-5 days per week and candidates will be based in either Nottinghamshire, Coventry or Derbyshire.


    Duties will include but are not limited to:


    As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will ensure the delivery of class leading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening and health promotion to clients.


    • Be the face of 'quality service' for the client's Group and be responsible for the advice given and service perception of the employee and organisation.
    • Support the client's business development and support growth by identifying and winning new clients.
    • Responsible for the provision of proactive Occupational Health to client companies and to co-ordinate defined OH activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and to prevent adverse health effects arising from workplace activities through the application of specialist skills and knowledge standards.

    Who we're looking for:

    • RGN qualified ideally holding a post-registration qualification in OH.
    • Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures.
    • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration.
    • High degree of self motivation and management.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Proficient IT skills including MS office suite.
    • Strong team player and able to lead by example.
    • Full UK driving licence and able to travel with some overnight stays.
